What are the Key Accountabilities?

• Manage the full lifecycle of logistics facility development; from due diligence and design to permitting, construction, and handover
• Support the Real Estate Solutions Development Manager and Regional Real Estate Solutions Head in delivering strategic real estate projects across Japan
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Solutions Design, Business Development) to align developments with business needs
• Manage external partners including contractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth and compliant project execution
• Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and performance tracking to senior leadership
• Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favourable terms and adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws and sustainability requirements
• Resolve project issues and delays, keeping developments on track and within scope
• Leverage a high-level understanding of facility design and construction to influence commercial outcomes and deal success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful project delivery
