Job descriptionReviewing rules and configuration parameters Identifying misconfigurations and recommending corrective actions Analysing network data using Unison Building SQL- and Python-based reports, designing policies, and developing network automations using Unison Liaise directly with operators on : ANR rules PCI / RSI management Degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognised university Strong technical background in telecom / RAN environments Familiarity with C-SON, RF parameters, and configuration management Ability to analyse network data and troubleshoot network issues Comfortable working across time zones Strong project management and communication skills Innovative, proactive, and adaptable to change Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment Reliable fibre internet connection and backup power for remote work.
Role Overview
The Product Delivery Manager will act as a technical liaison with customer teams and support project delivery. The role involves reviewing technical requirements, troubleshooting network issues, analysing network data, and contributing to network automations and reporting using tools such as Unison.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison with customer teams (RF engineers, tools teams)
- Support project delivery in collaboration with the existing team
- Assist with technical requirements including :
Developing and reviewing technical documentation
GPL configuration queries
Minimum Requirements
