About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This is a role where you’ll be responsible for driving project execution, supporting client experience, and keeping internal systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage project notifications and internal communication
- Provide support to enhance client experience
- Assist with project management processes
- Add and track project-related tasks in Basecamp
- Collaborate closely with Client Experience and Account Managers
- Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, phone, and in-person meetings
- Work independently to solve problems, knowing when to escalate
- Manage projects through Basecamp with precision and accountability
- Participate in creative brainstorms and planning sessions
- Maintain detailed notes from meetings and on project status
- Build systems for project workflows and ensure consistent use
- Provide timely updates to team members and clients on project status
- Monitor and manage deadlines, timelines, and budgets

Basecamp & Monday.com experience - preferredMarketing agency experience - preferred3+ years of experience in project management / operations - preferredHours : 8 : 30 am–5 : 00 pm CST
