We are seeking an industrious and experienced individual who would like to join a highly succesful but small team in a small boutique hotel with varied hours and work loads. All round and practical hands on experience in the hospitality industry is essential. Experience in menu design, creative cooking, stock management and a personalised approach to plating are an important component of the job. Our primary need is for an individual who has a high attenton to detail and who "feels for", loves and has a passion for food preparation and presentation. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with staff and guests is essential.
