Core responsibilities
Client and candidate management :
Identify and develop business relationships with new and existing clients.
Candidate sourcing and screening :
Write and place job advertisements in various media.
Interview and selection process :
Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiation and closing :
Negotiate salary and benefits between the client and the candidate.
Advising and reporting :
Provide CV interview and general career advice to candidates.

Required Skills :
Matric / Grade 12 A diploma in human resources business or a related field is preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and knowledge of sourcing techniques are advantageous. Previous experience in recruitment sales or customer service can be beneficial.
