Role Summary
We are seeking a trustworthy, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a high school principal in both professional and personal administrative tasks. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure educational environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, loyalty, discretion, and initiative. You must be comfortable managing ambiguity, switching between personal and professional tasks, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar and scheduling across multiple domains
- Proactively manage email inbox with drafting, sorting, and responding where appropriate
- Provide task reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Support daily operations of a dynamic school leadership role
- Create and manage spreadsheets, interpret data, and generate quick reports as needed
- Handle both professional and personal administrative tasks (e.g., travel planning, bill payment coordination, document organization)
- Maintain and uphold strict confidentiality standards
- Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, vendors, and external contacts
