We’re hiring a Lead System Integrator to manage relationships and drive growth with System Integrators and OEMs across the Southern Africa region. In this role, you’ll own a strategic portfolio, lead and coach multi-country teams, and implement solution-driven strategies to achieve ambitious sales objectives. What will you do?
- Manage the Industry System Integrator and OEM channel for the Southern Africa Region.
- Define the Strategic initiatives to develop the channel in line with our ambition and our value proposition in front of their respective expectations.
- Manage and develop the team of account managers.
- Platform and manage relationships with each partners.
- Fine-tune and adapt the commercial policy to serve our partners and increase our market share.
- Develop account plans in coordination with other Bus and Departments.
- Manage the qualification and development of the main opportunities with the entities responsible for the different business models.
- Channel, Services, Solutions & Software with support of design firms and end-user sales teams.
- Performance measured on : Sales in our CRM, Development of the pipeline, and Execution of the growth initiatives plan.
KPI's :
Revenue Growth : Achieve annual revenue targets for the System Integrator channel.Market Share : Increase market share in the System Integrator segment by a defined percentage.Pipeline Development : Grow a qualified pipeline for strategic accounts by X% year-over-year.Partner Enablement : Ensure 100% completion of partner onboarding and training programs.Customer Satisfaction : Maintain or improve partner satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS or CSAT).Digital Adoption : Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms among partners (e.g., CRM usage, e-commerce engagement).Offer Penetration : Increase penetration of priority offers within System Integrator accounts.Profitability : Maintain or improve gross margin for the channel.Execution of Strategic Initiatives : Deliver 100% of planned growth initiatives within agreed timelines.Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to commercial policy and pricing guidelines.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Strategic Thinking : Ability to define and execute growth strategies for complex channels.Leadership & People Management : Proven experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.Commercial Acumen : Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and market dynamics.Relationship Management : Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and pipeline management.Digital Fluency : Familiarity with CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and e-commerce strategies.Negotiation & Influence : Skilled in influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Minimum 10+ years in sales, business development, or channel management within the industrial automation or system integration sector.At least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and strategic accounts.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical field.MBA or equivalent in Business / Commercial Management is highly advantageous.Disclaimer :
