Marketing Manager — responsible for connecting clients, creative teams, and delivery processes to move multi-brand campaigns forward on time, on budget, and with attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Own campaign execution (without doing production) : Oversee the process and flow for all campaign assets across social media, digital ads, video for TV / OTT, radio, print, and one-off graphics. Ensure the right people work on the right tasks, on time and on brief.
- Be the production hub : Coordinate timelines, briefs, and approvals across copywriters, designers, video editors, and media partners to keep deliverables moving.
- Hold the team accountable : Track responsibilities, deadlines, and quality standards; follow up diplomatically but firmly; escalate when needed.
- Safeguard quality : Run final proofing and QA checks for accuracy, brand alignment, disclaimers, targeting, and links before client approval and launch.
- Keep clients informed : Provide proactive status updates, gather feedback / approvals, and ensure clients feel in the loop.
- Oversee reporting : Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure timely, accurate reports aligned to KPIs.
- Improve the process : Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and enhance checklists to improve speed and quality across channels.

3+ years of agency or in-house project management or account management experience in marketing or creative productionProven success running multi-brand, multi-asset campaigns with many dependenciesStrong command of Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Suite; comfortable with proofing tools and QA checklistsExcellent written and verbal communication; confident, diplomatic follow-ups that keep work movingHigh attention to detail, strong prioritization, and calm under deadlinesProcess mindset : experience creating order, documenting SOPs, and improving throughputRemote, reliable internet, and ability to join meetings with camera on40 hours per week, full 8-hour daily shifts aligned to USA time zones (8-5)Availability for urgent launch windows and end-of-month deadlines as neededCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Paid time off and observed local holidaysSeniority level
