About The Role : We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our distributed QA team. In this senior-level position, you will play a key role in shaping our quality strategy, designing scalable automation frameworks, and embedding quality practices across our development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to drive continuous improvement, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests across products.
  • Lead test strategy, framework design, and test architecture for large-scale systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level quality engineers.
  • Champion quality-first practices such as TDD, BDD, and shift-left testing.
  • Conduct defect analysis and contribute to release readiness decisions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years\' experience in software testing and automation.
  • Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven experience mentoring other engineers.
  • Strong communicator with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
