Job description

Here is what you will do :

1. Facilities Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for office maintenance and facilities-related issues.

2. Receptionist

  • Manage Receptionist and the daily duties
  • Supervise the Receptionist and ensure all front desk duties are performed professionally and efficiently.
  • 3. Financial Administration : Petty Cash Management

  • Responsible for managing and reconciling Office Petty Cash and Vending Petty Cash on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all petty cash transactions are accurately recorded and supported with valid receipts or documentation.
  • 4. Housekeeping

  • Manage outsourced cleaning staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure the entire office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • 5. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Manage and coordinate all office maintenance tasks efficiently ensuring that all assigned jobs are actioned promptly and closed off in a timely manner.

  • Qualifications :

    Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities office support or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with building systems (electrical mechanical fire) is an advantage.
