About the role
To provide high level, confidential admirative and operational support to senior management, ensuring seamless executive
functions. This role is a force multiplier and a strategic partner to security leadership. By managing the executive landscape
with precision and security-mindedness, the EA enables leaders to focus entirely on strategic decision-making, client safety,
and operational security, thereby directly contributing to the company's stability and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars
- Prepare agendas and briefing material
- Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison between executive and internal stakeholders
- Handle high sensitive documents
- Performing administrating tasks and stepping in to lead security operations
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Discretion & Integrity: Unquestionable trustworthiness with confidential and classified information.
- Operational Security Awareness: Innate understanding of need-to-know principles and secure information handling.
- Composure Under Pressure: Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stakes environment.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipates needs and addresses logistical challenges before they impact security operations.
- Exceptional Communication: Professional, precise, and tactful in all interactions.
