Bookkeeper - Logistics Industry required for our exceptionally dynamic and reputable Logistics Client. The role will be based in Kempton Park (East Rand) and requires a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role, attending to duties as indicated below. Candidates must have their own reliable transport and a valid license.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily cashflow forecast.
Capturing and reconciling bank accounts.
Processing of external and internal supplier and customer invoices.
Reconciling supplier accounts for payment.
Reconciling staff loan accounts.
Intercompany loan account reconciliations.
Capturing of monthly journals.
Monthly debtors and creditors age analysis report enquiries and allocations.

Qualification and Skills Required :

Grade 12

Relevant bookkeeping qualification.

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar position.

Computer literate.

Attention to detail.

Able to use digital applications in a paperless environment.

Good communication skills.

Well organised and adheres to strict deadlines.
