Position : Sales Development Representative - Cold Calling

Role Overview :
We’re looking for a hungry, resilient, and sharp Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and fuel our sales pipeline. If you thrive on overcoming objections, building relationships, and crushing targets , this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect & Qualify Leads : Research, cold outreach (calls / emails / LinkedIn), and book meetings.
- Handle Objections Like a Pro : Turn “I’m busy” into “Tell me more.”
- Collaborate with AEs : Work closely with closers to move deals forward.
- Hit (and Smash) Targets : Weekly, monthly, quarterly—you’re driven by KPIs.
Qualifications :
Proven confidence and resilience in high-pressure sales environments; comfortable facing and overcoming rejection.Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to pivot conversations and persuade effectively.Results-driven mindset with a passion for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.Prior experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products is a strong plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
