Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales operations for commercial and industrial products nationwide . The successful candidate will manage the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic national sales plans to achieve company sales targets for commercial and industrial property products.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client relationship building, and market research .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry professionals .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches.
• Train and coach sales representatives to enhance performance and achieve individual and team sales targets .
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and excellent customer service .
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial property offerings , effectively communicating benefits to clients.
