WINE LOUNGE TUTOR

Minimum requirements :

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Own reliable transport to and from the estate
• 1–2 years of experience as a wine tutor or in a similar wine-related role (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of wine, including varietals, production methods and tasting techniques
• Ability to confidently communicate and explain wine concepts to guests in an engaging and informative manner
• Genuine passion for wine, hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong customer service orientation and a natural flair for hosting
• Comfortable interacting with distinguished and high-profile clientele
• Professional and well-presented appearance at all times
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
