Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join a fast-growing startup in the agriculture industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, and management—you will design and maintain BI dashboards, identify performance trends, and provide recommendations to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI .
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization across operations and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and analytics.
• Continuously improve data models, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
