Junior Systems Analyst

Do your knack for turning complex business needs into clear practical solutions My client is on the hunt for a Junior Systems Analyst whos ready to dive into systems implementation integration and process improvement making technology work smarter for the this role youll design dashboards for PO reports breakdown vendor usage build power queries and create GL summaries. Just to name a few.

As the Junior Systems Analyst your duties include the following :

Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications

Create and maintain system documentation workflows and process maps

Support end-users with system-related queries training and troubleshooting

Collaborate with finance and operation teams to ensure smooth delivery of integrated solutions

Manage workflows templates macros and mapping

Configure vendors segments and project

Oversee invoice matching when required

Support staff onboarding training and assistance

Collaborate with creditors and align system functionality to business needs

Develop user guides and manuals

Provide compliance support and log system tickets

Coordinate system integrations updates and project implementations

Skills & Experience :

2-3 years of experience in systems implementation and integration

Solid understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them

Proficiency in Microsoft Visio (highly advantageous)

Ability to translate requirements into workable solutions

Qualification :

Completed Diploma or Degree in Financial Information Systems (or related field)

Grade 12 (Matric)
