Employment Type : FullTime OnSite

Working Hours : Monday Friday Onsite (European and South American hours)

Location : Salt River Cape Town

Our client a leading international BPO based in Salt River is seeking Italianspeaking Customer Service Agent to join their vibrant team. If youre someone fluent in Italian and looking to start a career in customer service this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone email and chat
  • Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
  • Maintain highquality service standards
  • Work according to a structured shift schedule
  • Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (B2 C1 level) (speak write and read)
  • Must have customer service experience (minimum 12 months)
  • Must have Matric qualification
  • Comfortable working onsite
  • Willing to work European and or South American Hours
