Working as a team member within the executive team
Development and implementation of a full and detailed strategy for the channel
Growing conformance in each Banner for the top 20 suppliers
Driving sales of major suppliers
Driving sales of all home brands
Driving and launching sales of new products and suppliers
Meeting budgets and setting the new sales budgets annually
Liaison with all Banners and building relationships
Growing sales in all forecourts in both banners and Independents
Creating strategy reports
