Front Of House Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge – Limpopo

Our client, a leading luxury safari lodge, is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee all guest-facing operations and ensure flawless coordination between departments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining smooth operational flow. You’ll manage the daily running of the front office, housekeeping, and butler teams, handle guest billing, orders, and stock control through the lodge’s PMS system, and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for guest hospitality are essential. The position requires a hands‑on professional who can lead by example, maintain high service standards, and anticipate guest needs before they arise.

This is a live‑in position suited to a career‑mindful individual committed to front‑of‑house excellence.

Package :

• Salary : R15 – R16 per month (negotiable for strong candidates)
• Live‑in accommodation (single, furnished)
• R3, monthly meal allowance
• 50% medical aid contribution (after 3‑month probation)
• No pets or partners permitted
• Minimum 3–5 years’ lodge experience in a similar front‑of‑house or guest relations management role
• Strong administrative skills (guest billing, orders, stock take, PMS systems)
• Excellent interpersonal, hosting, and communication skills
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport essential
• Must be fully committed to front‑of‑house duties (not spa or guiding)
• Between 3 – 5 Years
