The position is based in Upper Highway, Durban, and suits a confident, well spoken individual with a finacial background.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverview of Duties : - Handle company payments on behalf of Director- Manage the Directors diary - coordinate business meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and related other events - Perform diverse duties and administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making- Administration support for the Director- Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, typing, preparing of power point presentations and excel spreadsheets- Screening of calls and taking of messages- Ordering of stationary- Maintain quality relationships with all stakeholders- Other office duties as and when requiredDesired Experience & QualificationMinimum Requirements : - Matric- A relevant qualification would be an added advantage- Financial background- Excellent communication skills- Confident to communicate with senior level clients regularly- Neat and professional appearence- Excellent computer skills (proficient in Microsoft packages)- Valid drivers licence and own car- Trustworthy-Previous experience as a PA / Admin-Business minded-Ability to work under pressurePackage & RemunerationR15 000
