Qualifications required :

Bachelors in Business, Management, Automotive Engineering, or related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience & Skills required :

6 - 10 years in senior management within automotive retail (e.g., Regional Manager, General Manager, Country Manager)

Strong exposure to international or African emerging markets is highly preferred.

Confident team leader with the ability to drive culture and performance

Expert in navigating competitive landscapes, regulatory frameworks, and customer demands

Skilled in financial oversight P&L, forecasting, and growth planning

Able to thrive in expatriate environments with cross-cultural teams

Job description :

Lead the end-to-end automotive retail business in this country, setting the vision and driving execution

Spearhead strategic initiatives to grow market share and boost profitability

Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships (OEMs, suppliers, partners, and teams)

Guide sales, aftersales, and marketing departments to consistently deliver excellence

Monitor market trends and uncover growth opportunities ahead of the curve

Ensure compliance with local laws, company policy, and industry best practices

Report to executive leadership with insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendation
