The Role : Junior Graphic Designer
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, a passion for branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will also support the marketing team with administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, newsletters, product packaging, and print media
Create promotional material for in-store events, giveaways, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
Ensure graphics are optimized for web and mobile platforms in collaboration with the web team
Edit and manipulate product images as required
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Provide accurate time estimates for projects and deliver within deadlines and budget constraints
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing design files, maintaining databases, preparing presentations, obtaining quotes, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors
About You
Formal Graphic Design qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and branding
Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Bonus skills : basic video editing / motion graphics, e-commerce or product brand experience, photography skills
