Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Job summary

The ideal candidate for this role has strong, solid experience developing and maintaining scalable and distributed applications. A high performing individual who writes quality and maintainable code.
This is a remote position.

What you will do

Working in a cross-functional agile team.

Participate and provide feedback in agile ceremonies.

Analyse and troubleshoot product defects.

Write good quality and maintainable code.

Documentation as needed.

Willingness to adapt to a changing environment.

Other duties as assigned.

What you will have

8+ years of development experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience.

Java 17+, Spring Framework and Springboot, Gradle.

React, NodeJs experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, always open to learning.

Experience with REST APIs.

Experience in writing good, solid unit and integration tests.

Experience in working with Docker.
