Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Dispositions Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will oversee the sales process of investment properties to prospective buyers with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. This position necessitates exceptional negotiation abilities, sales acumen, and a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate landscape. Kindly submit your resume in English for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.
  • Operate with tools and automation platforms (Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools), call and text systems, KPI trackers, and deal analyzers to support real estate dispositions.

  • Full time. All hours are in USD. Working hours 9am to 6pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Equity or bonus available for top performers who prove they drive revenue.
