Job descriptionP&L and cashflow review and projections Finance analysis and reporting Regular liaison with external accountants Payroll management for freelancers Contracting Drafting of freelancer contracts and addendums Liaison with client procurement and HR teams to ensure signing of contracts Review, drafting and maintenance of key legal documents, such as NDAs, consulting contracts, etc. Client and sales analysis and reporting Support the sales team with business development activities, such as target client analysis, pitch deck building, etc. Coordination of marketing events Customer Service Assistant Onboarding and offboarding processes People Orientation Team events and staff engagement 2 years' experience in finance and operations Highly numerate, and able to conduct analysis and work with data Experience working with contracts and legal documents Detail oriented with strong organisational skills Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Xero accounting would be an advantage Willingness to work from home and office Located in Cape Town or a willingness to relocate to Cape Town
