Recruitment and Labour Manager
Minimum Requirements, Experience, and Knowledge
- Must have a CA (SA) in good standing with minimum 4‑6 years’ post‑article experience, including exposure to consolidations and preparation of financial statements for groups, companies and trusts.
- Extensive exposure to IFRS, Companies Act, JSE Listings Requirements and SEC requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure due to tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good report‑writing skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Self‑starter.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment is key.
- Proficient in Excel.
Advantageous
Exposure to SOX environment is preferred.Exposure to Oracle ERP.Consolidation and reporting tool such as IBM Cognos.Wdesk.Other Requirements
Medical Certificate of Fitness.Computer literacy (MS Office).Fluency in both verbal and written English.Code 8 Driver’s licence.Skills and Personality Traits

Report to Financial Manager : Reporting.Review of information that may include :Calculations for company and group financial accounts.
Entries required for the consolidation of the group.Reports to the board.Quarterly and half‑yearly financial statements for the group.Annual financial statements for the group.Sections of the Integrated Annual Report and Form 20F.Statutory financial statements for the group’s entities in accordance with IFRS and other regulations.XBRL filings (CIPC).Coordinate and manage sub‑processes within the department.Application Process
