Virtual Assistant - 15833 (Premium Property Management, Automations)

Position : Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty (Premium Property Management, Automations)

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 5 pm to 9 pm AEDT (2 pm to 6 pm MNL Time or 8 am to 12 pm SAST) – 20 hours weekly

Salary : USD 600 per month (part‑time only)

About the Company : A boutique winery and luxury holiday home located in a scenic town in Australia, hosting discerning guests worldwide with seamless hospitality and a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage holiday home listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty.
  • Maintain accurate calendars, pricing, and availability across channels.
  • Automate routine communications, guest check‑in instructions, and review requests.
  • Handle security deposits, damage claims, and guest issue resolution with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond promptly and warmly to guest enquiries via Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Send booking confirmations, arrival instructions, and other key communications in a branded manner.
  • Flag and expedite urgent guest issues.
  • Maintain an organized booking tracker with guest details, special requests, and financials.
  • Assist with general admin tasks (vendor follow‑ups, scheduling, research).
  • Support marketing & growth efforts (email newsletters with Mailchimp, simple automations via Zapier, social media content on Canva, short‑form video editing, Meta ads).

Requirements :

  • Proven experience managing premium short‑term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty).
  • Skilled at optimizing and automating guest communications and operational workflows.
  • Experience with email systems such as Mailchimp and automation tools like Zapier.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive, able to run operations with minimal supervision.
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Bonus : experience with content creation (Canva) and Meta advertising.
  • Responsive and communicative with the client.
  • Flexibility to work part‑time (20 hrs / week) across Australian and UK business hours as needed.
