Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification (essential).
  • Immediate availability (not currently employed).
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software (CRM or ERP experience advantageous).
  • Proven experience in new business development within sales or recruitment.
  • Background in cold calling / telesales (highly advantageous).
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties will include

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source and attract top talent through job boards, networking, headhunting, and social media platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression.
  • Develop new business opportunities by actively seeking and securing new clients through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines using CRM / ATS systems.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Promote the company brand at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.
  • Support candidates throughout the hiring process , ensuring a positive and professional experience
