What you will be doing :
Approve vendor invoices and PODs for timely paymentsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesManage POD and billing team to ensure accurate payment preparationAttend weekly query meetings to resolve vendor issuesRelease and approve bills after verificationPrepare monthly vendor reconciliations and payment requestsGenerate purchase orders and confirm PODs per vendor specsMaintain and update financial reportsSend remittances and allocate vendor paymentsWhat we are looking for :
Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field1-3 years of experience in accounts / finance, preferably in transport / logisticsStrong understanding of accounting principlesProficient in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailDiscretion with confidential informationHonest, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressureWillingness to work overtime when neededBenefits and unique aspects :
