We’re on the lookout for a data-driven, digitally savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Middle East and Africa Marketing team!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll own and drive impactful digital marketing campaigns across the MEA region. Your expertise in marketing automation, email strategy, and digital platforms will help us engage our audience, generate leads, and convert interest into action.

Email Marketing & Automation:

• Mapping customer journeys, creating campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates
• Designing and monitoring email campaigns and ensuring efficient data flow between platforms

Campaign Deployment:

• Coordinating with the EMEA marketing team to execute localized campaigns
• Developing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels and tracking performance

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Measuring campaign performance, providing insights, and optimizing conversion rates
• Creating dashboards and reports for marketing decisions and supporting lead generation optimization

System Champion:

• Managing the marketing automation platform, creating templates, and training teams
• Evaluating market needs, researching trends, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

Account-Based Marketing:

• Developing and executing the MEA Account-Based Marketing strategy
• Collaborating with key account managers to create customized marketing plans and optimize campaigns

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A strategic thinker with a passion for marketing tech and performance data. You’re proactive, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.

You’ll bring:

• 6+ years of digital marketing or demand generation experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Pardot (certified is a plus)
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead nurturing, and digital metrics
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital tools
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
• Excellent communication in English
