Moving Capital is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of talent acquisition end-to-end and play a key role in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience across the Group.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on building networks, and is motivated by finding smart, creative ways to attract and engage talent. You’ll work closely with the People & Talent team and hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge conventional hiring approaches, and help build teams that enable sustainable growth.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer, onboarding, and early-stage employee experience
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively sourcing talent through networking, referrals, social platforms, and talent communities
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Creating engaging candidate experiences through clear communication, timely feedback, and thoughtful processes
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and helping position Moving Capital as an employer of choice
- Exploring and implementing innovative sourcing and recruitment approaches
- Coordinating interviews, assessments, and hiring logistics
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new employees
- Tracking recruitment activity and contributing to insights and reporting
