The employing company specialises in the production and delivery of highly efficient fuel management systems.
Due to continual growth, the company are looking to expand their manpower base; this is starting with the hiring of a highly suitable HR Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide general HR support on employment matters to managers and staff in line with company policies and procedures
- Facilitate induction processes for new employees
- Handle Industrial Relations matters
- Conduct site visits to address any HR related challenges
- Compile HR and statutory reports on a monthly and annual basis
- Internally administer employee benefits
- Handle the HR monthly payroll inputs schedules to hand over to the payroll division
- Maintain, file and update all HR documents
- Assist in recruitment processes
- Support Board members and managers as required
