Ensure smooth production flow by quickly adapting to operational challenges. Oversee housekeeping and enforce health, safety, and quality standards. Support and guide production staff as needed. Report on technical performance and recommend improvements.

REQUIREMENTS :
- 35 years of relevant experience in a technical operator or supervisory role
- General computer literacy
- Solid technical and mechanical aptitude
- Physically fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly
