Youll be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC project cost estimates by interpreting tender documents, drawings, and specifications. The role includes conducting site visits, engaging suppliers for pricing, preparing BOQs, and compiling detailed tender submissions while collaborating with internal engineering and project teams.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC Estimator within the mechanical building services industry
• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tender deadlines
