Responsibilities

Conduct independent validations of models across multiple domains.
Develop and test challenger models to benchmark and enhance existing models.
Analyse, monitor, and challenge scorecards, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and compliant.
Collaborate with modelling and business teams to provide technical oversight and effective challenge.
Support sound financial decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education : Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.

Experience : 36 years experience in scorecard building, development, validation, and monitoring (credit risk or marketing models).

Experience with data mining and predictive modelling.

Skills : Solid understanding of the credit lifecycle.

A collaborative approach and strong communication skills for working with both technical and business teams.
