Mechanical Engineer - Optronics and Stabilisers

The successful candidate will take ownership of the full design and prototyping lifecycle, collaborating with international clients and partners , primarily based in the Middle East .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full R&D lifecycle for optronics and stabiliser systems, from conceptual design through to prototyping.
• Engage directly with Middle Eastern clients to capture technical requirements and deliver tailored engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and international teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification and on schedule.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex challenges in the optronics and stabilisation domain.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
• Ensure designs adhere to relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Occasionally travel to the Middle East for client engagements or project assessments (minimal travel required).
