Bookkeeper (Full-Function) - Cape Town (On-site) - Start ASAP

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Bookkeeper to support a busy finance function in Cape Town CBD (on-site). If you’re meticulous, hands-on, and comfortable with volume, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Manage full books to Trial Balance , debtors & creditors (collections, payments, recons)

Handle VAT & PAYE filings ( EMP201 / EMP501 ) and support wages & salaries administration

Process invoicing , credit-card captures / recons , and maintain loan accounts

Work across two entities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding payments and keep accounts tight

What you’ll bring

Solid full-function bookkeeping experience with high accuracy under volume

Confidence in QuickBooks (preferred), Sage Payroll , and SARS platforms

Strong Excel / Word / email skills; organised and detail-oriented

Cape Town-based and able to be on-site
