Outsource Ability Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join and help grow and develop our dynamic team based in South Africa. This remote position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and driving successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
• Campaign Strategy : Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various platforms, focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights.
• Budget Management : Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including creative and content, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Industry Trends : Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Team Leadership : Assist with team training, coaching and process development.
