Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a US territory, utilizing proactive recruitment techniques. Attract, approach, and engage with medical and healthcare professionals within your specific healthcare specialization and patch. Inherit an existing book of clients and candidates jobs to fill immediately. Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, while generating new business opportunities. Operate in a warm seat environment, maintaining our market-leading reputation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• degree recruiter non-negotiable.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial / agency background.
• Business development skills are considered desirable.
• Package & Remuneration : Salary : Basic of R20, – R30, per month DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
• Emission Structure in place.
