We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will work with a dynamic, fast-growing company specializing in car transport across Europe , dedicated to transforming the way vehicles are moved across borders. Leveraging cutting-edge logistics and innovative customer service solutions, this company provides fast, reliable, and peace-of-mind experiences for customers. The team is passionate about delivering a premium, 5-star service, ensuring each journey is smooth, secure, and tailored to meet the needs of every customer. Responsibilities :

Coordinate Auto Transports : Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
Ad-Hoc Support : Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
Customer Communication : Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

Requirements :

Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as French, Polish, or Lithuanian are a significant plus).

Growth-Oriented : Interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company. Eager to learn and grow with the company.

Mindset : A proactive and hands-on mentality, with a knack for problem-solving.

Communication Skills : Strong phone communication skills; prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.

Organizational Abilities : Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
