Sales Representative | Signage | Upper Highway Area

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Building a database of clients in the area through the following : Organized Meetings, Cold Calling, Networking
• Stop and see every business in his / her area (Offices, Restaurants, Industrial parks, ALL businesses and organizations)
• Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine sign needs, provide recommendations, quotes and assist with the order process.
• Re-market areas every three months.
• Introduce the product to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials.
• Build rapport with potential customers.
• Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs.
• Update leads in the database with information gathered.
• Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes.
• Deliver quotes in a timely fashion.
• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
• Assist in daily morning meetings with feedback on quote follow-ups.
• Complete in store training
• Assist in maintaining an organized; clean and professional store appearance always.
• Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
