The Employee represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries. The inbound contact representative performs basic contact center administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. The advisor understands and addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolves issues, and educates customers. Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance with it.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Mandatory)
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Soft skills & Telecommunications Experience (Advantageous)
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online, Navigation)
  • Good articulation of the English language (Spoken and Written)
