Shop Supervisor
Locations : Centurion | Westgate | Trade Route
We’re looking for a sales-driven Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure sales budgets are met.
What you’ll do :
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Lead and motivate staff to maximize upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure the shop is clean, presentable, and fully stocked (min. 8 weeks’ cover)
- Oversee returns, merchandising, and product demos
- Manage cash-ups, daily banking, and accurate POS administration
- Take responsibility for stock, assets, and store performance
