Job descriptionMinimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Post-graduate qualification advantageous). 5+ years experience in AI / ML roles, ideally in high-volume environments. Proven track record working with large language models (LLMs), chatbots, transcription systems, and RAG pipelines. Strong programming expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and MLOps pipelines. Familiarity with frameworks / APIs such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI / Anthropic APIs. Advantageous : publications or conference contributions in AI, NLP, or deep learning.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, train, and fine-tune AI / ML models for customer engagement and collections.
- Develop and deploy chatbots, transcription, and speech-to-text solutions.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for data-driven responses.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle - from data prep to deployment in production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business-critical systems.
