A+ Sales Talent : Account Executives have consistently hit or exceeded quota

Sales Structure : SDRs support lead generation, Sales Ops supports our SalesForce instance, tried & tested playbook for success, etc.

Scalable tech stack : SalesForce, Salesloft, LI Sales Nav, Growth Hack tools, etc.

Qualifications :

8+ years of outbound, net-new sales experience

Experience selling at our price point : $80k-$350k

Selling into Marketing & the Executive Suite

Experience selling in a remote environment

Proven success meeting or exceeding quota

Negotiating and closing complex B2B deals

Iterating upon and / or redesigning and sales playbooks

Mindset of a strategist and tactician : you thrive in a scrappy, startup environment, moving quickly, thinking strategically, and are superb at tactical execution

Responsibilities :

Build, own, drive, and close sales pipeline

Identify improvements in sales process and modify as you see fit

Contribute towards our collaborative, high-performing remote culture

Attain or exceed your personal and organization’s revenue goals

Location : preference to candidates located in South Africa
