Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive our company's growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
- Build / maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and promotions
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decision-making
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials to secure new business opportunities
- Monitor & track sales performance, KPIs, and trends to assess effectiveness of business development efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roleProven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targetsStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM softwareExperience in the technology industry is a plusBenefits
