Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and peer review application scorecards (including reject inference techniques).
- Lead feature engineering initiatives to drive model performance and business impact.
- Align scorecard strategies with commercial objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Apply scoring models across banking and non-banking industries.
- Develop predictive solutions in low-data environments, especially SME lending.
- Mentor and upskill junior analysts / data scientists.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to PD and behavioural model development across the team.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Education : Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or EngineeringExperience :8+ years hands-on experience in application scoring & credit risk modelling
Skills :SAS expertise is essential; Paragon modeler experience advantageous.
