Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize strategic business development plans to expand the agency’s client base and drive sustainable growth.
- Identify, research, and engage high‑potential prospects through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and industry networking.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor proposals that align with prospective clients’ digital marketing goals.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling opportunities, and referrals.
- Own and manage the full business development funnel—from lead generation through closing high‑value deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, SEO, and client success teams to ensure seamless transition and onboarding of new clients.
- Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform outreach strategies and service positioning.
- Continuously improve the sales process based on feedback and performance analytics.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing B2B deals, especially in the U.S. market.Strong knowledge of Local SEO, digital marketing services, and performance‑driven sales methodologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Comfortable working independently and remotely.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through.Comfortable navigating CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce for pipeline tracking and reporting.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align business development efforts with service delivery.Position Details
