Role Overview

To provide thought leadership, high-quality advisory, analytical, project management, and specialist capabilities across the value chain by preparing for anticipated changes to transform the organisation.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification : First Degree

Field of Study : Experience Required

• Operations Solutions Management
• 1-2 years : Demonstrate an ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to the overall organisational strategy.
• 1-2 years : Provide evidence of continuous learning within the area of expertise and exposure to testing and analyzing opportunities for improvement. Access trusted advisors to verify and ratify learnings and opportunities for improvement.
• 3-4 years : Demonstrate an understanding of data insights across the value chain and provide thought leadership on how this is used to deliver end-to-end solutions across functions with the client in mind.
• 3-4 years : Demonstrate awareness of rapid developments within areas of expertise and use this knowledge to prepare the environment and stakeholders to anticipate and respond to changes in markets and industry to drive tangible business value.
• 3-4 years : Demonstrate in-depth understanding of market trends and developments in rapidly changing environments and tactics to drive change.
